I am a woman, a mother, a wife, a psychotherapist, a mentor, and a passionate advocate for people. My mission is to help them find their safe and good place in life. For many years, I have been supporting individuals and organizations in the areas of development, wellbeing, and psychological well-being.
My passion is human beings and their calling, understood in a very broad sense as a call to fully use one’s own potential, abilities, and to pursue desires and dreams in order to become fulfilled and happy, but also to be a support and help for others.
I believe that a human being is a psycho-physical-spiritual unity, and that only by taking care of each of these dimensions can one achieve health, life comfort, balance, and a sense of happiness and fulfillment.
I am an incorrigible optimist and a true lucky soul. I carry into the world a belief that facts and events are friendly, that there is always a way out of every situation, that small steps bring great results, and that gratitude is a key foundation of happiness.
I value every moment spent with myself. All the rest I share with my Family – my husband and two wonderful little treasures 😊 – as well as with all those who trust me with their matters and need support. A RATIONAL DREAMER 🙂
- Why are women’s issues important to me? Because a woman is the “crown of creation,” the engine and driving force of family, relationships, and bonds. By taking care of her, her well-being, resources, condition, and resilience, we take care of everyone around her.
- What does the Foundation give me? It gives me a sense of mission, allows me to fulfill my dreams, and helps me find meaning in what I do for other people.
- If I had unlimited possibilities and superpowers, I would constantly bring joy to others, ensure the basic needs of the most vulnerable people are met, and invent a time machine to prevent global tragedies and conflicts, as well as suffering on an individual level.

I am a teacher and educator of children and youth, an enthusiast of modern teaching methods and a holistic approach to the human being. I believe in the principle that it is better to wisely support development than to hinder it.
Privately, I am a wife and mother of four wonderful children. In everything that happens in my life, I see goodness. I approach challenges with gentleness and a solution-oriented mindset. Respect for another human being is fundamental to me.
By founding the WARTA UWAGI Foundation, I felt that this is a space where I can share my sensitivity, empathy, and pedagogical experience. A SENSITIVE DREAMER 🙂
- Why are women’s issues important to me? Because women are “strong women” in everyday life, often overlooked and underappreciated, which is why I believe they should be supported and made happy.
- What does the Foundation give me? It gives me the opportunity to meet wonderful people and the certainty that there is still more good in the world.
- If I had unlimited possibilities and superpowers, I would make evil disappear from the world, and of course ensure that forget-me-nots bloom all year round.

I am a woman, although I often feel like a robot that quickly switches between different functions. I have always loved traveling, especially backpacking trips to various corners of the world. However, for some time now, my most interesting journey—without a map or plan—has been motherhood. It has allowed me to rediscover myself and understand the world from a different perspective. I have always been empathetic and carried within me a great capacity to help others. I believe that the Foundation is another journey of mine, with a specific purpose—a good purpose.
Professionally, I am an entrepreneur. I am interested in economics, investments, management, and innovative business solutions.
My professional path has taken me through many industries. I am constantly searching, which is why I often set new goals for myself. I search because I know that the best is still ahead of me. A CREATIVE DREAMER 🙂
- Why are women’s issues important to me? Among women I see an incredible energy that we can exchange. No one understands a woman like another woman.
- What does the Foundation give me? It gives me a community of fantastic people from whom I learn a lot. It also gives me a sense that we have many interesting things to accomplish.
- If I had superpowers, I would attach a genuine smile to everyone’s face and make the world perfect like on Instagram.

I am a woman, a wife, and a mother. Last year, an idea was born in my mind to combine the energy, skills, and charisma of exceptional women who are close to my heart and whom I admire. I wanted to give them support and, at the same time, draw strength from this source myself. I feel that we are created to share our knowledge, experience, and hearts with other women.
The Foundation was born out of a desire to help especially those women who want to “spread their wings” and are looking for professional knowledge and practical tools, but also for support, a sense of community, and meaning in their actions. I am particularly close to the woman who, in her daily life, struggles with the lack of skills and
strength to “fight for herself” on different levels.
At the WARTA UWAGI Foundation, we also want to take care of adoptive mothers and women whose children passed away before birth.
Professionally, I am a strategic advisor and manager with 12 years of experience. I love working with people, I am able to support and guide them. I feel great in sales. In everything I do, I look for goodness, and I know that the best results can be achieved without forgetting about oneself—by taking care of oneself and finding balance in all
areas and roles of life we find ourselves in. Values such as friendship, goodness, love, and support are key to me, and these are exactly what I seek in everything I do. AN UNREPENTANT DREAMER 😉
- Why are women’s issues important to me? Because the women I spend time with and share my life with are a great support to me, and I want to share this energy and strength.
- What does the Foundation give me? The opportunity to give myself to others, to share dreams, projects, and ideas.
- If I had unlimited possibilities and superpowers, I would hug, listen to, and take care of all “lost” children.
