Project description
The “WyleczONE” project, implemented by the WARTA UWAGI Foundation as part of the Budżet Obywatelski 2025, is aimed at women aged 20–45, especially pregnant women, postpartum women, and those experiencing health issues related to the pelvic floor. The aim of the project is to break the taboo surrounding intimate women’s health issues and to provide education in prevention, treatment, and postpartum recovery.The program includes educational panels, practical workshops, multimedia materials, and a social media campaign. Participants will also have access to an online platform containing recordings, exercises, and guides.The project involves urogynecological physiotherapists, midwives, gynecologists, psychologists, dietitians, image specialists, and a therapeutic photographer, who together ensure holistic support for women’s physical and emotional well-being.The project aims to increase women’s health awareness, improve their quality of life, and build confidence and acceptance of their own bodies.
