Project description
Project “Zdrowa Rodzina”, implemented by the WARTA UWAGI Foundation as part of the Budżet Obywatelski 2025, aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, health education, and intergenerational integration. The program includes activities in the field of cancer prevention, type 2 diabetes, and depression, as well as modules on first aid and psychosocial support for families.
The project involves specialists – doctors, psychologists, dietitians, physiotherapists, midwives, paramedics, and educators. Activities will be carried out in the form of workshops, educational meetings, and through an online platform available to residents.
The aim of the project is to increase health awareness in the local community, shape healthy habits, and strengthen family bonds through shared educational activities.
